- 1.0.1 In order to implement the relevant national regulations and policies in the design of high-sulfur gas field water treatment and reinjection projects, unify technical requirements, ensure quality, improve standards, and achieve advanced technology, economical reasonableness, safety and application, operation , management and maintenance are convenient, and this specification is formulated. 1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the design of water treatment and reinjection engineering for new construction, expansion and reconstruction of onshore high-sulfur gas fields and high-sulfur gas fields exploited onshore and offshore. 1.0.3 In addition to complying with the provisions of this code, the design of water treatment and reinjection engineering for high-sulfur gas fields shall also comply with the provisions of relevant current national standards.
