Scope

This standard specifies the principles for the selection, installation, operation and maintenance of water intake metering technology and facilities for both open channel and pipeline water delivery methods. This standard applies to water users, including units and individuals involved in industrial, agricultural, urban life, ecological and environmental water use and related work.
