Scope

This part of IEC 60204 is intented to be used in conjunction with IEC 204-1: Electrical equipment of industrial machines - Part 1: General requirements (3.Ed, 1992). This part of IEC 60204 applies to the application of electrical and electronic equipment to sewing machines, units and systems, designed specifically for professional use in the sewing industry.
