This publication describes the Analysing Process, which is one of the four processes of the IRP Method. The IRP Method is a process-based method for project management as a corporate business competence. Unlike traditional approaches to project management, the IRP Method focuses on the company rather than the individual project manager. Furthermore, the method emphasizes the processes before and after the actual project that are often ignored.
