Scope
1.1 This European Standard applies to the design and manufacture of automatic dividers whose function is based on the volumetric principle using one or more suction and/or pressing pistons. Dough dividers working in other ways are excluded from the scope of this European Standard.These automatic dividers are used in the food industry and shops (pastry-making, bakeries, confectionery, etc.) for dividing dough or pastry into portions to produce the required weight of dough piece.
