This International Standard classifies denture adhesives used by wearers of removable dentures andspecifies their requirements and test methods. It further specifies requirements with respect to theinstructions to be supplied for the use of these products. This International Standard is applicable todenture adhesives for use by public and excludes the dental lining materials prescribed or applied bydental professions.
