Scope

This standard specifies the specifications of seven-core cables for electrical connectors between vehicles and trailers. This standard applies to 12N, 24N, 12S and 24S electrical connectors. This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO 4141-1978 "Road Vehicles-Seven-core Cable".
