Scope

Specifies safety requirements for starting devices for fluorescent and other discharge lamps for use on a.c. supplies up to 1000 V at 50/60 Hz in combination with lamps and ballasts. This Standard is identical to and reproduced from IEC 61347-2-1:2000.
