Scope

This standard specifies the use of motor vehicle headlamps and the adjustment and inspection requirements for the direction of high beam and low beam beams. This standard applies to motor vehicles running on highways and urban roads, including automobiles, special vehicles, trolleybuses, motorcycles, and low-speed vehicles such as wheeled tractors for transportation that are allowed to drive on designated highways and urban roads.
