GB/T 16935.3-2005 Insulation coordination for equipment within low-voltage systems Part 3:Use of coating, potting or moulding for protection against pollution (English Version)
This section also applies to various types of protected printed boards, including the inner surface of multilayer printed boards, substrates and similar protected components. For multilayer printed boards, the relevant requirements for distances through an inner layer are included in Part 1 for solid insulation. Note 2 to entry: For example substrates can be made with hybrid integrated circuits and thick film technologies. This section deals only with permanent protection and does not apply to components that can be mechanically adjusted and repaired. The principles of this section apply to functional insulation, basic insulation, supplementary insulation and reinforced insulation.
