Scope
1.0.1 In order to unify the technical requirements for flow measurement in hydraulic structures and weirs and grooves in hydrology and water resources monitoring, adapt to the development of flow measurement technology, improve the technical methods of flow measurement, improve the accuracy and technical level of flow measurement, and meet the needs of hydrology and water resources This standard is formulated to meet the needs of monitoring and management. 1.0.2 This standard is applicable to flow measurement work at various rivers, lakes, reservoirs and other stations; and is applicable to water volume monitoring in water conservancy projects, irrigation area water volume dispatching, water resource distribution, diversion and drainage and other channels; and is also applicable to hydrological survey flow estimation. Flow test at hydrological experimental stations, automatic monitoring stations, etc. This standard is applicable to conventional flow tests such as flood and low water at hydrological measuring stations. It is suitable for flow tests when measuring stations are affected by engineering and human activities. It is also suitable for water measurement and monitoring such as water diversion, water withdrawal, and water diversion in various channels. . 1.0.3 The infrastructure and technical equipment used for flow measurement in manual buildings and weirs and grooves should be verified and calibrated in accordance with regulations to ensure that their accuracy and performance meet technical requirements. 1.0.4 The flow measurement results of hydraulic structures and weirs can be traced using methods such as flow velocity area method and volume method. 1.0.5 Contents not included in this standard shall be subject to the provisions of relevant current standards; for optional or unspecified provisions, the competent departments of hydrological surveying of provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and river basin agencies may formulate supplementary regulations. Relevant supplementary regulations should be submitted to the national hydrological business department for filing. 1.0.6 The terms, symbols and meanings related to hydrological tests in this standard, except for those listed, should comply with the provisions of the "Standard for Basic Hydrological Terminology Symbols" (GB/T 50095-98). 1.0.7 The basic requirements for flow measurement and flow measurement for calibrating flow coefficients, water level observation, and general hydrological measurement should comply with the "River Flow Measurement Specifications" (GB 50179-93) and "Water Level Observation Standard" (GB/T 50138- 2010) and "Hydrological General Survey Specifications" (SL 58-93) and other relevant standards. The test of the flow coefficient relationship line (formula) can be
