Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of triacetyl cellulose (TAC) films for polarized glasses. This standard applies to colorless cellulose triacetate films, colored cellulose triacetate films and cellulose triacetate films containing ultraviolet absorption (UV) for polarized glasses.
