Scope: This standard specifies the classification, parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of ordinary rolling mills. This standard is applicable to ordinary padding cars that use cotton, wool, chemical fiber and their blended fabrics as open-width padding fluid after washing or dipping processes to maintain a certain padding ratio.
