This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of sodium lauryl sulfate (K for short). This standard applies to fatty alcohols (the main component is C alcohol) obtained by hydrogenation of natural oils and sodium lauryl sulfate obtained by sulfation and neutralization with sulfur trioxide, including powder, needle (granule) and Liquid products.
