- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, electrical safety performance, environmental adaptability, continuous operation test, test and inspection methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of grating line displacement measurement devices. This standard is applicable to the coordinate line displacement detection and measurement of machine tools, instruments, etc. The grating line displacement sensor and the grating digital display instrument are connected to form a grating line displacement measuring device (hereinafter referred to as the "measuring device").
