- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, requirements, inspection conditions, inspection methods, marking and packaging of inductor inner diameter comparators. This standard applies to inductor inner diameter comparators (hereinafter referred to as "comparators") with a resolution of 0.1μm and 1μm and a measuring range of no more than 2mm.
