- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, structural types and basic parameters, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of digital display components of capacitive grid line displacement measurement systems. This standard applies to digital display components of capacitive grid line displacement measurement systems (hereinafter referred to as "digital display components") with resolutions of 0.001mm, 0.005mm, and 0.01mm and a display range of -999 999 ~ +999 999.
