Scope

This specification is formulated in order to rationally allocate building fire extinguishers (hereinafter referred to as fire extinguishers), effectively extinguish initial fires in industrial and civil buildings, reduce fire losses, and protect personal and property safety. This specification is applicable to new construction, reconstruction and expansion of industrial and civil construction projects for the production, use or storage of combustibles. This specification does not apply to factories or warehouses that produce or store explosives, ammunition, pyrotechnics, and fireworks.
