Scope

The ITU Radiocommunication Assembly considering a) that propagation by sporadic E is an important source of interference at low VHF; b) that the calculation method of sporadic-E field strength given in Annex 1 to this Recommendation has been proved to be practical and reliable; c) that there exists no other practical method.
