- This part of GB/T 28446 specifies the evaluation procedure for the specific absorption rate of handheld wireless communication devices used with the transmitting part close to the ear when in use. This section applies to any electromagnetic field emitting equipment with a working frequency range of 300MHz to 3GHz, such as mobile phones, cordless phones, etc. The purpose of this section is to demonstrate how to measure the SAR value of the device under test according to the corresponding limit value.
