Scope: This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging requirements for ultra-thin coaxial cables (hereinafter referred to as cables) and components (hereinafter referred to as components) with an insulation outer diameter of less than 1 mm. This standard applies to short-distance connecting cables between internal modules of communication equipment or similar electronic devices or between equipment with a working frequency range of DC to 6000MHz and components composed of such cables and connectors.
