Scope

This part of SN/T 2592 specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) determination method for nine organotin compounds (see Appendix A) in electronic and electrical products. This section applies to monomethyltin (MMT), dimethyltin (DMT), monobutyltin (MBT), dibutyltin (DBT), tributyltin (TBT), monooctyltin (MOT), Determination of dioctyltin (DOT), trioctyltin (TOT) and triphenyltin (TPhT).
