Scope

This part of SN/T 3023 specifies the general methods, procedures and requirements for the static weighing of ship tanks for the import and export of liquid commodities and liquefied gases (except liquefied natural gas). This section applies to the calculation of the static weight (mass) of imported and exported liquid commodities and liquefied gases (except liquefied natural gas) in ship holds (including shipboard pipelines).
