Scope

This standard is applicable to the automation design of hydroelectric power stations for new or expanded or reconstructed projects with an installed capacity of 5 to 50MW and an outlet voltage level of 10kV or below. Hydropower stations with an installed capacity of less than 5MW can refer to the implementation, but their system configuration should be appropriately simplified to combine reliability, economy, and practicality.
