Scope
This specification stipulates the requirements, quality assurance regulations, delivery preparations, etc. of beryllium oxide ceramics used in microelectronic devices, optoelectronic devices, electric vacuum devices, and resistance substrates. Beryllium oxide ceramics for other electronic and electrical components can be used as a reference.
