This standard specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of 26 aromatic primary amines in food simulants. This standard is applicable to the determination of 26 aromatic primary amines in four food simulants: water, 3% acetic acid solution, 10% ethanol solution and isooctane. Please refer to Appendix A for the English names and Chemical Abstracts numbers of 26 aromatic primary amines. The lower limit of determination of various aromatic primary amines in this standard is 0.01 mg/kg.
