Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for tuberculin intradermal allergy test, bacteriological examination, real-time fluorescent polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and conventional PCR detection methods for animal tuberculosis. This standard applies to the quarantine and diagnosis of tuberculosis in entry and exit cattle, pigs, monkeys, poultry and other animals.
