This standard specifies the inspection procedures for imported and exported quick-frozen vegetables. This standard is applicable to the inspection of quick-frozen vegetables such as leafy vegetables, stem vegetables, root vegetables, cauliflower, beans, fruits, sprouts and edible fungi.
