- This standard specifies the high-performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of cordycepin and adenosine in cordyceps raw materials and cordyceps products. This standard is applicable to the determination of cordycepin and adenosine in cordyceps raw materials and cordyceps products. The quantitative determination range of cordycepin and adenosine in this standard is 30 mg/kg ~ 1000 mg/kg. The detection limits of cordycepin and adenosine in this standard are both 10 mg/kg.
