GB/T 25749.9-2012
Scope
WARNING: It should be noted that during testing, especially during the shutdown or removal of contamination control systems, concentrations of hazardous substances, if present, may reach levels that could pose a health risk to operators or others in the room. This section does not address the protective measures required to control such risks. This part of GB/T 25749 specifies the method for measuring the purification index of pollutant control systems (for example: capture equipment including local exhaust ventilation, sprinkler system, and separation equipment installed on the machine when appropriate). This method uses actual pollutants (see 4.2 in GB/T 25749.1-2010), and can be carried out indoors or on-site. Measuring the decontamination index of a pollution control system can be used for: a) evaluation of machine pollution control system performance; b) evaluation of pollution control system improvements; c) comparison between similarly designed machine pollution control systems; Classify the pollutant control system by purification efficiency; e) Determine the air flow rate of the exhaust system to the specified level; f) Determine the technical level of the machine pollutant control system according to the purification efficiency.
