Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for process design, main process equipment, detection and control, construction acceptance, operation and maintenance of biological filter process sewage (waste) water treatment projects that use aerobic processes as the mainstay. This standard does not apply to the anaerobic biological filter treatment process for sewage (waste) water. This standard applies to urban sewage using the biological filter method and industrial wastewater treatment projects with water quality similar to urban sewage. It can be used as the technical basis for environmental impact assessment, design, construction, environmental protection acceptance and post-completion operation management.
