Scope

This part of GB/T 19851 specifies the classification, specifications, technical requirements and testing methods of basketballs for junior high schools and primary schools (hereinafter referred to as basketballs for primary and secondary school students). This part is applicable to basketballs for primary and middle school students made of rubber veneer and entrained reinforcement layer (hereinafter referred to as rubber ball) and glued process (hereinafter referred to as rubber ball).
