Scope

This standard stipulates the protection scope, terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of Fuyuan sturgeon roe, sturgeon roe and hemp (horse) salmon roe. This standard is applicable to caviar products processed from the roe of Acipenser schrencki, Acipenser dabryanus and Oncorhynchus keta.
