Scope

This section specifies methods for determining the sensitivity of coating systems to radionuclide contamination and their ability to remove radionuclide contamination under laboratory conditions. This section is applicable to the evaluation of the ability of coating systems used in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants to remove radionuclide contamination.
