- This standard specifies the simulation technology and methods for the dilution and diffusion laws of cooling water and radioactive liquid effluent dis harged during normal operation of nuclear power plants in receiving water bodies. This standard is applicable to numerical simulation calculations and physical model tests of cooling water and radioactive liquid effluent emis ions during the siting and design process of nuclear power plants.
