- Scope
- This standard specifies the requirements for triggering setting values and maintenance of nuclear power plant safety system instruments to ensure that the setting values remain within the specified limits of nuclear power plants and nuclear reactors. This standard is applicable to the determination and maintenance of instrument trigger settings for safety systems in nuclear power plants, and is also applicable to the determination and maintenance of settings for other nuclear reactor safety systems.
