This standard specifies a method for testing the relative ability of the anti-corrosion layer to resist cracking and spalling when the pipe is deformed by observing the impact on the anti-corrosion layer during radial compression of the annular specimen of the anti-corrosion layer pipe. This method is only applicable to thin anti-corrosion layers with an elongation not greater than 5.0%.
