Scope: This standard specifies the parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of continuous casting tubular molds for square billets, rectangular billets and round billets. This standard applies to square billet, rectangular billet and round billet tubular molds (hereinafter referred to as the mold) for continuous casting. This standard does not apply to combined molds and shaped blank molds.
