Scope: This standard specifies the carburization of steel rolling bearing parts for isocarburized bearings G20CrMo (A), G20CrNiMo (A), G20CrNi2Mo (A), G20Cr2Ni4 (A), G10CrNi3Mo (A), G20Cr2Mn2Mo (A) that comply with the provisions of GB/T 3203 Pre-heat treatment, carburizing primary quenching, tempering, high temperature tempering and secondary quenching, technical requirements after tempering as well as inspection methods for average grain size, hardened layer depth, hardness, microstructure, cracks, etc. This standard is applicable to the carburizing heat treatment quality inspection of the above-mentioned carburized bearing steel rolling bearing parts, and also applies to the carburizing heat treatment quality inspection of low carbon alloy steel rolling bearing parts.
