- This standard specifies the scope of application, terms and definitions, conditions of use, quality requirements and testing, marking, packaging and transportation of compressed gas standard capacitors. This standard applies to standard capacitors (hereinafter referred to as capacitors) with compressed gas as the internal dielectric and mainly used in 50 Hz (or 60 Hz) high-voltage measurement circuits.
