Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, models and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of vacuum mixers. This standard applies to vacuum mixers (hereinafter referred to as mixers) that evenly mix meat of different particle sizes with various auxiliary materials.
