This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of mechanical layered gas ovens for baking. This standard applies to layer-type gas ovens (hereinafter referred to as gas ovens) used for baking bread, pastries, biscuits and other food materials in food processing.
