Scope: This standard specifies the models and basic parameters, requirements, tests, inspection rules, markings, packaging, transportation and storage of bias tire building machines. This standard applies to bias tire building machines (hereinafter referred to as building machines) that use the sleeve method and the finger-shaped forward-wrapped capsule turn-back method. This standard does not apply to automobile radial tire building machines, motorcycle tire casing building machines and rickshaw tire casing building machines.
