Scope
This procedure is applicable to the initial calibration, subsequent calibration and in-use inspection of rod-type and internal standard-type working liquid-in-glass thermometers with a measuring range of -100°C to 600°C. Including liquid-in-glass thermometers for general use, liquid-in-glass thermometers for petroleum product testing, and liquid-in-glass thermometers for coking product testing. This procedure does not apply to external standard liquid-in-glass thermometers.
