Scope

This part of GA/T 946 stipulates the collection items, positions and requirements for motor vehicle driving license business information, and stipulates motor vehicle driving licenses, motor vehicle inspection certificate marks, temporary driving license plates, temporary entry motor vehicle license plates, machine license plates, etc. Endorsement items and requirements for motor vehicle registration certificate. This section applies to the collection and endorsement of motor vehicle registration information by the traffic management department of the public security organ.
