Scope

This standard specifies the methods for field symptom identification and sampling of cotton Verticillium dahliae, isolation, cultivation, detection and identification of cotton Verticillium dahliae Kleb. This standard is applicable to the quarantine detection and identification of Verticillium dahliae in cotton plant tissues and cotton seeds.
