Scope: This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage, and shelf life of cosmetic pencils. This standard applies to cosmetic cosmetic pencils and cosmetic refills for human body surface prepared by various oils, fats, waxes, powder raw materials and pigments, which are made by grinding, extrusion, molding or other methods. Such as eyeliner, eyebrow pencil, eye shadow pencil, lip liner, concealer pen, etc. Not suitable for cosmetic pencils with liquid content.
