- The document applies to the determination and assessment of water consumption in buildings and on adjacent ground. The characteristic values of water consumption apply to buildings and adjacent grounds overall. Consideration of consumption of part of a building and/or relative to utilistion is not permissable. All consumption areas within the building are considered. The numerical values of water supply utilities are also given for information.
