In the present paper recommendations are given for the dynamic analysis and dynamic balancing as well as for the choice of the type and kinematic design of mechanisms (with varying velocity ratio). They are limited to the model "Rigid body mechanism" that mainly includes such mechanisms where the lowest eigenfrequency significantly exceeds the rotational frequency of the driving crank (at least tenfold) and vibrations do not have an influence.
