Scope
This standard specifies the formal dimensions and allowable deviations of rails, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings and quality certificates, quality assurance, etc. This standard is applicable to 60km/h hot-rolled rails for high-speed railways with operating speeds of 200km/h and above. Rails for railways with operating speeds greater than 160km/h and less than 200km/h may be implemented as a reference.
